- Supplier: Refers to third-party airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators,
and other service providers.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time payment is made.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment, as required.
- You must provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is received.
- Final payment must be made by the deadline advised at the time of booking.
Prices and Inclusions
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices include only the services listed in your confirmed itinerary or invoice.
- Additional costs such as visa fees, airport taxes, local city taxes, and travel insurance are
your responsibility unless explicitly stated.
Changes and Cancellations
- Any request to change or cancel a booking must be submitted in writing.
- Changes may incur fees imposed by us and/or the supplier.
- Cancellation fees vary by service and supplier, and deposits are often non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellation or change costs.
By Us or Suppliers:
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- If a supplier cancels your service, we will assist in offering alternatives, but we are not liable
for costs beyond those paid to us.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
- We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. Your contract is with them.
- We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by suppliers or other
third parties.
- We are not responsible for changes in schedules, overbooking, strikes, force majeure, or any events
beyond our control.
- It is your responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations) are valid
and up to date.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers to protect against unexpected events.
- We can offer travel insurance as an optional service or you may choose to arrange your own.
Health, Safety, and Entry Requirements
- You must comply with all government and health regulations of countries you travel to and from.
- You are responsible for meeting entry and exit requirements, including vaccinations, visas, and
COVID-19 protocols.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
- If you experience any issues during your trip, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try
to resolve them.
- Any formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of returning from your trip.
- Disputes will be handled under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Privacy
- We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Your data may be shared with suppliers for the purpose of processing your bookings.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state
of New South Wales.
